Why isn't the bot responding to my commands? expand_more

This usually happens if the bot doesn't have the "Read Messages" or "Send Messages" permission in the channel you are trying to use. Check your channel settings and the bot's role permissions. Also, make sure you are using the correct prefix or slash commands.

Can I run more than one giveaway at a time? expand_more

Yes! With the free version, you can run up to 10 simultaneous giveaways. Premium users can run unlimited giveaways simultaneously across multiple channels.

You can set requirements like server roles or messages sent using the /gcreate command which offers more advanced options than the standard start command.

4 Troubleshooting
