Welcome to WinyBot. By adding our bot to your Discord server or using its features to participate in giveaways, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

1. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Bot within Discord servers for the purpose of managing or participating in giveaways.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Bot for any illegal purpose; (b) exploit, distribute, or publicly inform other members of any error, miscue, or bug which gives an unintended advantage; (c) attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Bot.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee that the Bot will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause downtime. We are not liable for any loss of data or opportunity resulting from downtime.

rule Giveaway Rules & Responsibilities

check_circle Prize Fulfillment: WinyBot is a tool to select winners. We are NOT responsible for the delivery of prizes. The server administrator or giveaway host is solely responsible for fulfilling the giveaway.
check_circle Discord TOS: All giveaways must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Giveaways involving gambling or illegal goods are strictly prohibited.
check_circle Fair Play: Using alternate accounts (alts) or scripts to enter giveaways multiple times is prohibited and may result in a ban from the bot service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any services obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WinyBot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Violation of Terms

If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may permanently or temporarily ban your Discord Account or Discord Server from using WinyBot without prior notice.
